We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days (excluding UK Bank Holidays) if not sooner, however this may be longer during particular busy periods such as Christmas and other holidays etc, so please bear this in mind when ordering from us.

All standard domestic orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

Standard delivery within mainland UK is £3.25 (FREE on all orders over £20.00) although larger items may cost more and may incur a postage surcharge, all are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class or EVRI Trackable. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Alternatively you can use our Speedy* service which will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or EVRI Next Day which costs from £5.00 (although quantity and larger items may cost more and may incur a postage surcharge). Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

We also deliver to Europe and Worldwide (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and any country you can think of) which costs from £11.00 (although quantity and larger items may cost more and may incur a postage surcharge), all of which will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery.

Custom & Import Charges: We know these are a real pain and a massive inconvenience to all concerned, but any additional custom or import duties which may be levied once the package reaches it's destination country must be paid by the recipient/buyer. ZoZoTings has no control over these charges and cannot predict if/when they may occur - we are unable to refund you this additional cost.
